Marcella Ansaldo, born and raised on the island of Giglio, is a longtime Florentine chef and professional in the sector of catering. He is also a lover of nature and the freshest foods found on our territory.
The cooking school courses, all in a variety of languages, have been conceived to “dirty your hands” and attempt to really cook each recipe. Our chef will advise you how to select food products, explain the cooking times, and give each plate the just right presentation on the table.
