What times for check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 14:00; check-out is made before 11:00. If you wish, on your check-out day, you can safely leave your baggage at our front desk in order to be free to visit Florence.

What are the cancellation provisions?
To cancel or modify a booking 3 days notice must be given. No penalty will be applied. For late cancellations, modifications or no-shows, a penalty equal to the first night's stay will be levied.

Do you have parking?
In front of the hotel there is a limited parking space for unloading and loading your baggage. There also is public parking on payment (free at night from 20:00-08:00 and on holidays).
The Hotel River offers a conventional garage service with pick-up and delivery of your car at a cost of €25.00 per day.
There are numerous parking facilities and garages on payment in the neighborhood.
Do you have any special menu for coeliacs?
Yes, under request we offer gluten free products for breakfast.
Do you offer celiac menus?
Yes. Upon request we offer meals and foods without gluten at breakfast.
Do you host animals?
We are prepared to host only small-sized dogs at a cost of €15.00 per stay.
