Check-in begins at 14:00; check-out is made before 11:00. If you wish, on your check-out day, you can safely leave your baggage at our front desk in order to be free to visit Florence.

To cancel or modify a booking 3 days notice must be given. No penalty will be applied. For late cancellations, modifications or no-shows, a penalty equal to the first night’s stay will be levied.
